am really impressed about how fast everything runs in the contact with
you at 1koo! Fantastic! The dress is beautiful even from the back, but
I somehow feel that it is a bit "to much" for me. I liked the noble
design with few details and therefore I think the back is a bit to
decorated. Is it possible to make it more straight? Just train without
the small decorations? Difficult to explain in an email; but what I
mean is that I would like to remove the small buttons all the way down
the train. The decoration in the fabric on the train is wonderful, of
course I want to keep that, but, a I said, the small buttons that
follows the train I would rather not have. Is that all right?

weeks ago thank you very much for them they are wounderful. But there
is one small problem, the petti coat that you sent to me doesnt fit. it
is way to short it needs to be floor length in order to poff the bottom
of the dress out, i just wanted to know how you or my self goes about
doing returns i cant fit into it so there for i dont need it so i was
woudnering if i return it if you would refund the money back for the
petti coat??? i found one at another place here locally and it fits
perfect, please let me know as soon as possiable what i need to do to

wanted you to know that we received my daughters dress. I was pretty
uncertain as to how it would turn out. I must say however, my daughter
is thrilled and I am a little surprised myself, it fits perfectly. I
cant believe it is that precise. Your company did an amazing job
especially from such a distance with no idea of the physical shape of
the buyer with exception of the measurements. Anyhow, thanks so much
